An elegant lamp for any mood. Plug it in and turn on the switch and within a couple minutes the glitter starts to gently ooze and move around inside the bottle. The Bulb in the base glimmers and shimmers off the metallized flakes in the lamps liquid. The heat at the bottom and cooler liquid at the top keeps the glitter constantly moving around in the bottle. The Lamp measures 13″ Tall. It has ametal base and cap and glass bottle. The light appears more of a fuschia purple than the picture depcits on the box. Ages 12+
